Blueberries - 100 gm
Apple (chopped) - 1
Milk - 1 cup
Honey - 1 tbsp (can be increased or decreased according to personal preference)
Walnuts - 4
Directions
Blend everything together in a jar, until smooth enough.
Pour this into glasses and serve immediately.
P.S : milk can be replaced with coconut Milk, or soy milk or yoghurt
